Amazing reception, amazing service, Daniel at reception really started our trip off brilliantly, and we loved the fabulous chocolates for our anniversary which were a really nice touch.

Staying here was a delightful experience for our anniversary. The beautifully renovated building exuded charm, and the Palm Court cocktail lounge provided a stunning ambiance for relaxation. The service was exceptional, especially during dinner where we enjoyed delicious food crafted from fresh organic products. Although parking was limited, we appreciated the reduced rate offered. A few breakfast options nearby would enhance convenience.

I loved that I could easily stroll to the famous Cavern Club in just under 10 minutes and then take in the serene park views at St George's Hall just a short walk away, making my stay truly enjoyable and allowing me to explore the heart of Liverpool at my own pace. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming too, ensuring a pleasant experience overall.

The room was beautiful with super high ceilings that felt really spacious. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in, which was a huge plus. Shower was powerful and easy to use, which made mornings nice. The decor was modern and artistic, everything looked really nice. No complaints about cleanliness either, everything was well-maintained. Overall, a great room experience!

The Municipal's bar area is a gem, perfect for a cheeky pint after a day of exploring the city! Plus, the decor is spot on, giving the place a lovely vibe. Found a belter at the nearby Koukash Bar for a top-class feed.

Mate, the breakfast was a right shambles—cold grub after a long wait. And the vegetarian burger I fancied? Not available, even though it was on the menu. Talk about a letdown!
